Get ready for the ultimate endurance challenge at the DECAUK Ultra Triathlons, organized by Brutal Events! From July 19 to July 29, 2022, the picturesque Allerthorpe Lakeland Park in York, North Yorkshire, will transform into a haven for triathlon enthusiasts. This extraordinary event pushes athletes to their limits with a staggering 10-day ultra endurance triathlon featuring a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26-mile run - all held once a day! For those seeking an even greater challenge, there’s the option to tackle the continuous version over 12 days.

Not ready for the full DECA? No problem! Participants can choose from a variety of distances including double, triple, and quin options, as well as half or full Iron events. With beautiful lake and pool swims, a quiet, flat bike course on excellent roads, and a traffic-free trail run lap, the DECAUK Ultra Triathlons promises an unforgettable experience for athletes of all levels. Organiser's Description

Do you have what it takes to push yourself to your limits, then keep pushing for 10 days?

This event offers an ultra endurance triathlon - 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26 mile run - held once a day, every day, for 10 days or try the continuos version over 12 days.

If the Deca is too much, there are double, triple, quin options as well. You can also do a half or full Iron event.

Lake and pool swims (dependent on event option chosen), quiet and flat bike course on good roads, and traffic-free trail run lap.

Based at Allerthorpe Lakeland Park, York.

Course Details

The swim location for the Continuous events is St Alban's Sports Centre, York YO62 4HA. This is just under an hour from the main DecaUK venue and transport will be available or your crew can drive you there.

The bike course is a flat, 8 mile lap and you return to the HQ field each time.

The run course is a 1.2 mile, multi-terrain lap. The course is entirely based within the park and free from traffic.

Camping & Meals

Please note that camping is NOT included in your event fee.

The location for the event is Allerthorpe Lakeland Park.

As part of your entry, you will be provided with one hot meal and desert per day. If you have any special requirements, you will be asked to give details about this nearer the event date.

Along with the meal above, there will be basic food available in the main marquee. This will include bread, fruit, cereal, cake, biscuits and some savoury snack food.

There will be energy drinks, Red Bull, water, squash, tea, coffee and hot chocolate available at all times.

  • There is a part payment option for the Deca and Quin. The Deca is £850 followed by two further payments of £450. The Quin is 2 payments of £450 please contact us to arrange.
