Organiser's Description

--- This event has been cancelled due to ongoing concerns regarding Coronavirus. The race organiser will be in touch with you in due course if you have made a booking for this event. ---

A gloriously scenic, flat, multi-terrain, point-to-point half marathon along the Thames towpath. Run in reverse directions each year; in 2020 it is ‘Up Flow' therefore starting in Windsor and finishing in Marlow, taking in Bourne End, Cookham, & Maidenhead along the way.

Spectacular start/finish and brilliant for spectators, with plenty of spectator points along the way. Refreshments at the start & finish, so bring the family!

Fabulous Course. Ran this last year and it was a fantastic course along the Thames, zig-zagging across bridges and through the villages between Windsor and Marlow... this year the other way - so it's downhill this year... right..?!?! Well organised event with plenty of water stations... but could have done with some sweets etc. Also at finish, more water needed as restricted to only 1 bottle of water... Medal was superb and my best one to date, goodie bag was OK... I think, can't quite recall.
