Ely Tri Club Runfest

Ely, Cambridgeshire

Bishop's Palace Green, Ely

Sun 29th September 2019

Organiser's Description

Ely Tri Club has taken ownership of what used to be the Monster Racing Runfest. Course and format will be the same in 2019 with Half Marathon, Marathon and Ultra distance races.

This event starts outside Ely Cathedral, then on to the bank of the River Great Ouse. It's low key, it's friendly, it's flat, it's well marked and there's support all the way. For new comers there's no need to worry about times, with a few obstacles (steps, stiles, cattle grids) along the way, this is more of an adventure course than one for chasing a PB. One day, three events…there's a distance to suit all.
