Essex Spring 5k, 10k & Half Marathon

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? This unique course tracks clock-wise and is bound to make am impression on your Strava feed! Pancake flat, super fast course - great for PB's.

The course is suitable for wheelchairs and prams/buggies.

Race numbers will be collected at the the event venue on the morning of the race. Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.

Registration will open at 7:30am

There will be a race briefing 5 minutes prior to the start and a full race info pack sent out the week before the event.

Please arrive in sufficient time to collect your race number and warm up.

Custom designed medal for all finishers!
Add a medal insert to commemorate your time; whether it’s your first race or a new PB! Available to purchase for an additional £8.
Simply add MEDAL INSERT on your registration form and you’ll be sent the insert in the mail shortly after race day, for you to apply to your medal and display proudly!

There will be a prizegiving to the top male and female finisher in each race on the day

There will be full results on the chip timing website both overall and by category.

Health
It is important that you are fit to run and have not experienced any Covid-19 symptoms in the 14 days leading up to the event.

Race Numbers
Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest.

Changing and Bag Storage
We will not be providing a changing area, therefore please come changed and ready to race. There will be a baggage area available near the start/finish line.

Toilets
Toilets will be provided for the event.

Water Station
Water will be provided on the run route and at the finish. Full info will be provided in the final details.
