Very tough race. This is the toughest 10k run I have ever competed in. I don't think the description was very accurate. I was 12 minutes slower than my previous 10k run at the beginning of April so that shows the difficulty of the course. The hills were severe especially the one called cardiac hill and feel that the course was not accurately described. Within the first kilometre the track was so narrow that we all had to walk as there was no room to pass and there was a big backlog of people. I also feel it could have very demoralising for newer runners due to it's toughness. I would not run this event again and would be wary of participating in any events run by the same organisers as the description of the event was misleading.
