Organiser's Description
This event consists of a sea swim at Aberdyfi, a cycle ride to Machynlleth (via Tal y Llyn), and a run on minor roads, forest tracks and footpaths. Because it’s a sea swim it has to be been timed for a high tide at Aberdyfi. If you’re a practicing triathlete or a practiced novice requiring a challenge there's good reason to try this event - it is designed to be demanding but it covers a more varied terrain than the Dyfi Dash, yet it is still set in beautiful surroundings.
