Organiser's Description
The first GO TRI FIT4 Junior Aquathlon – swim in the pool at the fantastic Splashpoint Leisure Centre in Worthing, and run on the adjacent green. For children aged 8-14 yrs (age as at 31 December 2019).
Distances
8yrs: Swim 50m, Run 500m
9-10yrs: Swim 150m, Run 1 km
11-12yrs: Swim 200m, Run 1.8 km
13-14yrs: Swim 300m, Run 2.4 km
