Course Details

Navigate your way around a 5k course while tackling enormous inflatables up to 50m long and 8 metres high!

Whether you see 5k as a huge challenge, or a little warm up – with Gung-Ho! you’re free to run as fast, or walk as much as you want!

Gung-Ho! has no water obstacles, so you'll only get wet and muddy if it's raining.

Gung-Ho! isn't timed or a race, so you can take as long as you need to beat the course with no pressure, whether you complete in 5 minutes or 60 minutes, the challenge is in getting to the end!

Gung-Ho! is suitable for anyone over 4ft tall, so you can run with your family and friends, no matter their fitness level.

Take on the Gung-Ho! course with your friends, family or work colleagues. You’ve never been on a team building experience like this!

The Obstacles

https://begung-ho.co.uk/pages/obstacles

We can not guarantee that every obstacle will appear at every event. The obstacles and their positioning are dependent on the specific venue and local weather.

Rest assured we will do our best to set up every route to provide the most Gung-Ho! fun.

Faqs
Spectators

Spectators are welcome at every Gung-Ho! event and they won't need to pay. Their view will depend on the venue layout but they will be able to see some of the action.

On The Day

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your wave time. This will allow you to park, collect any remaining tickets and drop any bags in the bag-drop facility before heading to the warm up area.

Gung-Ho! starters are released in waves of up to 250 runners.

The first wave will be released at 0900, with subsequent waves starting at 15 minute intervals. Final wave 13.45.

You will be able to select your preferred wave time when booking.

For safety reasons, it is not possible to book late entries on to full wave times.

Your usual gym clothing will be suitable for a Gung-Ho! event. Fancy dress is also welcome but anything sharp or pointy will not be suitable.

Comfortable footwear is a must. We recommend wearing trainers that you have worn-in over a period of time before the event.

If the weather on the day is wet then we recommend bringing a change of clothing and footwear as the ground can get muddy!
