Organiser's Description
No time limit and every runner will receive a HUGE, and we mean HUGE 100mm glow in the dark medal and matching buff.
There is also a children's race for 15 and under covering 1 mile. Each child will receive a medal and sweets. Under 8 must be accompanied by a non paying adult.
Plenty of drinks and sweets on our aid station, chip timed, fully supported and a fun family friendly environment from experienced race organisers

Course Details
Beautiful scenic course running towards the castle, up a small hill then onto a side mountain path. This takes you alongside the park before a long 1 mile downhill section back to the start. One lap for 5k and 2 laps for 10k
The 1km race will be as flat as we can make it running up and back towards the castle
