A scenic, fast and flat, out-and-back route along the beautiful Leeds Liverpool Canal tow path, great for achieving PBs. Pick your distance - the ultimate challenge of the 32 mile ultra, or pit yourself against the marathon, 20 mile and half marathon distances in between. A full range of homemade cakes will await all runners following their race, along with beer chocolate and a medal. Location tbc.
