Choice of Half Marathon or Marathon Distance
After yet another successful day in 2025, entries are now open for 2026’s race – come and run either a half marathon or full marathon. Entries are limited to 200 for the main race, so reserve your spot soon. The virtual race will also take place during the week of May 4th.
This race will take place in the beautiful Shropshire Hills, from Carding Mill Valley just outside the town of Church Stretton. Each lap is 13.1 miles over the Long Mynd and beautiful Shropshire hills, and full marathon runners get to enjoy the scenery twice as they push for the final hurdle. Well stocked aid stations with friendly marshals out on course, and a blingtastic medal await all finishers.
The race will start at 8am, and there will be a cut off of 7 hours for the full marathon. You must complete your first lap by 11.30AM to go out on a 2nd lap.
