Course Details

This one lap 10km course runs along roads and parkland, starting and finishing on the athletics track at Medway Park. The route will be clearly marked and marshalled but we would ask you to remember that we do not have exclusive use of the footpaths and roads and you should be aware that other users will be on the course. Some roads have been closed to traffic whilst others remain open, so please be mindful that there may be traffic on the course. There will be two drink stations at around 3km and 6km.

Please note due to the race having sections on open roads, headphones are not permitted.
