Join Mencap Birmingham at Sutton Park on Saturday 5th October 2019 for the Mencap Birmingham Sutton Park 5/10k event. This charity run offers participants the chance to take on either a 5k or 10k route in the beautiful national nature reserve. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, you can run, jog or walk your way through the scenic course. Supporters of participants with disabilities can run for free, and there are wheelchair places available. Families can also join in on the fun with a 1km run. Organiser's Description
Do it for charity and take on a 5k or 10k with #TeamMencap in Sutton Park, a national nature reserve! The routes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels to run, jog or walk. If you have a disability your supporter can run with you for free, and there are wheelchair places available too. Have kids? Enjoy the family friendly 1km run together first.
