Get ready for an exhilarating day of sports and community spirit at the Mold Triathlon, hosted by RunThrough Events on Sunday, 5th July 2026! This exciting event will take place in the picturesque town of Mold, Clwyd, and features both a Sprint Triathlon and a Sprint Aquathlon, making it perfect for athletes of all levels. The Sprint Triathlon kicks off with a 450m swim in the comfortable waters of Mold Leisure Centre, followed by a scenic 15-mile (24km) cycle through the stunning Flintshire countryside. Runners will then tackle a vibrant 2-lap route through the heart of Mold, where enthusiastic marshals will be on hand to support and cheer you on.
The Mold Triathlon promises not only a challenging race but also a festive atmosphere with a lively event village. Participants can look forward to a variety of food and drink options, as well as free goodies from our generous partners waiting at the finish line.
