Organiser's Description
After the huge success that was Mudstock 2015 Mud Monsters Run and BodyBlast Fitness have joined forces once again to bring you this fun, family, camping weekend. Located at the brilliant Mud Monsters Run site this will be a weekend of obstacle training, fitness activities and classes, with a muddy race and lots of fun games along the way.
To make 2016 even more exciting there will be a dedicated kids mud run Mission Mud on the Sunday. Weekend activities will include obstacle training (for both children and adults), yoga, running techniques, bootcamp training, insanity class, and much more plus Sunday afternoon will end with a fun 'school sports day' for all ages, think three legged racing, egg and spoon etc with optional fancy dress!
