New Forest Triathlon & Duathlon - June

Organiser's Description

Triathlons with open water lake swim, undulating road cycle around the New Forest and track/road run. Based at Moyles Court School and the beautifully clean and sheltered Ellingham Lake. 1km transition run. The bike will be one lap of the rolling roads across the North of the New Forest. The run is out-and-back, almost entirely off-road on good surfaces with the occasional hill to keep it interesting! Includes a novice event for those wanting a shorter swim and run, also a duathlon using the same run and bike courses.

1.1 km swim, cycle 33 km, 9 km run 400m swim, 33 km cycle, 5 km run run 5 km, cycle 33 km, run 5 km
