Organiser's Description
A pool swim followed by a run which is on a predominately flat course around playing fields - there is no running on hard surfaces. This is the last of 3 events for kids and adults, on consecutive weekends at Northallerton Leisure Centre.

Tri Start: 50m / 600m
Tristar1: 100m / 1.2k
Tristar2: 200m / 1.8k
Tristar3: 300m / 2.4k
Youth/Open: 400m / 3k
