Ouse Valley Way Marathon & Half Marathon Relay

Eynesbury, Cambridgeshire

St Neots One Leisure, Barford Road, Eynesbury, PE19 2SA

Sun 15th September 2019

Organiser's Description

The Ouse Valley Way is a long distance path from Milton Keynes to Kings Lynn, following the River Great Ouse. Within the old county of Huntingdonshire, from Earith to Eynesbury, it is 26 miles long - just crying out for a marathon to be run along it! The route is nearly all off road, mostly along scenic paths which take you through nature reserves, pastureland and woods. As befitting a route near the Fens, it is flat - the total elevation gain is 264 feet! Race HQ is at the finish with transport to the start if needed.

The Half Marathon Relay is for teams of two runners and follows the same route, with the change-over point at Godmanchester, just over the Chinese Bridge, at roughly the half way point.
