Get ready to frolic in the beautiful Rushmoor Estate at the Ox Frolic event organised by findarace.com on Saturday 11th May 2019 in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This exciting event offers a variety of predominantly off-road races, including the challenging Ox Frolic lapped race for solos, pairs, and teams of three or four over a tough course. Each lap is 10.5k, making four laps equivalent to a marathon. If you're up for a bigger challenge, take on the Ox 50 where you can complete enough laps to reach 50 miles within a generous 12-hour cut off. Don't worry if you don't make the full distance in time, as you'll still receive a 12-hour medal and time. Join us for a day of fun, fitness, and camaraderie at the Ox Frolic!
Organiser's Description
We return to the Rushmoor Estate in Tollard Royal, Wiltshire, for a 6th year with a variety of predominantly off-road races. The Ox Frolic is a lapped race for solos, pairs and teams of three or four over a tougher course. Each lap is 10.5k so four laps = a marathon. Ox 50 is back as well, with the usual stuff - do enough laps to reach 50 miles and boom! You are done. There's a generous 12 hour cut off but if you won’t make 50 miles in that time you will get a 12 hour medal and time so no one goes home empty handed.
