Organiser's Description
Based around the sea front at Neyland on the scenic Pembrokeshire coast, this popular race is suitable for athletes of all abilities. The first run heads out under the Cleddau Bridge along the cycle path and is flat and fast; the second run also heads out towards the cycle path and finishes just in front of the Yacht Club. The bike course throws in a few lumps and bumps but plenty of really fast flat and downhill sections
