Phoenix Running Manchester The Purple Potion

Sat 31st January 2026

A hand holds an ornate medal shaped like a potion bottle with a purple liquid and a “Running Potion” tag. Text reads: “The Purple Potion Run,” “Sat 31 Jan Hardy Farm M21 8FE,” and “www.phoenixrunning.co.uk.”. Two women wearing race bibs walk and smile on a path surrounded by autumn trees. One wears a white jacket with bib 105, the other wears a yellow jacket with bib 112. Both appear happy and are enjoying the outdoor event. Three people are walking on a dirt path; one is wearing a Scooby-Doo costume, and the others are in athletic clothes. Trees and greenery line the path. The runner in the costume has a race number and charity sign on their back. A male runner wearing an orange and black outfit with race number 28 smiles and points playfully toward the camera while running outdoors on a sunny day. Another person is partially visible in the background. Three people wearing yellow high-visibility vests and large red fake lips pose playfully in front of a black tent with a white phoenix logo. All are smiling and making fun gestures. A woman in a yellow safety vest stands on a forest path and lifts her leg high, directing three runners approaching her. The trees around are autumn-colored, and there is a puddle on the path.

This was such a fun and enjoyable event! The weather was lovely, the course was pretty flat/trail like and the marshals were so helpful directing with their tambourine's! Overall, I had a really nice time! :)
