Organiser's Description
Run for fun or challenge yourself at the Regent's Park Run, with the choice of 5k or 10k, and help us beat heart and circulatory diseases. The route is mainly flat and on tarmac paths, so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. The event is chip timed and is also fully accessible for wheelchair users as it follows the internal paths in the Park. The Park is home to the World famous London Zoo, so look out for camels and other exotic species on your way round!
