Race day details

The venue gates will open at 7.30am.

Participants are required to register at least 45 minutes before the start of their race.

6-hour races will start at 9.30am, with race briefings taking place at 9.10am.

3-hour races will start at 10am, with race briefings taking place at 9.40am.

The Fun Run or Ride will start at 1.45pm, with race briefings taking place at 1.30pm.

Both the running and cycling courses will be open for testing before the races between 8am - 9.15am to registered participants only.

Medals will be awarded to every 3-hour or 6-hour race participant that completes a minimum of 1 course lap, with special 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals for podium finishes. Prizes will be awarded for each race winner.

Age category positions will also be indicated in the race results.

The 3-hour podium presentations will take place at 1.15pm.

The 6-hour podium presentations will take place at 3.45pm.

All 3-hour & 6-hour race participants will be chip-timed and live results will be available at the event + posted online on-the day.

All solo's and team members are required to complete a minimum of one recorded lap to be considered eligible for a result and to receive a race medal.

Participants in the single-discipline races can decide how many laps they will complete before or during the race. For example, in a team of four runners, one team member could complete a single lap in the race, while the remaining teammates complete multiple laps (continuously or spread out across the time period). The one restriction is that only one member of a team is allowed on the course at any one time.

Participants in the mixed-discipline pairs relay races are required to run alternate legs, i.e. the designated runner or cyclist must tag their partner after each completed lap. The pairs total lap result will end at the time that this rule is broken.

First Aid services are on-site throughout the event, and the courses will be well marshalled.

Pit area

A pit area for bike repairs will be located beside the course and mechanical bike support will also be offered by Pedal Power Cycles.

Changes to entries

Entries will be accepted up to midnight on 31 October 2021.

Entry transfer requests may be made up to midnight on 14 November 2021.

Entry deferrals and cancellations are not applicable except where the event is cancelled by the event organisers.

Strict COVID guidelines will be followed as advised at the time of the event, informed by www.gov.uk/coronavirus
