Running GP Oulton Park Races & Duathlon

The entire course is inside the Oulton Park Autodrome on the roads/paths not on grass.

Each mile will be accurately marked out and we have plenty of helpers to keep you quite literally on track and encourage you on your way to that chequered flag finish.

09:00 am - Half Marathon
09:30 am - 10k
09:45 am - 5k
12:00 pm - Sprint Distance Duathlon
12:00 pm - Standard Distance Duathlon


CUT OFF


Please note there is a strict 3 hour cut off time for the Half Marathon as the Duarthlons will begin at 12:00. There is a strict 4 hour cut off for both duathalons.


LAPS


HM - 5 laps (+ out & back)
10k - 2 laps (+ out & back)
5k - 1 lap (+ out & back)
Sprint Distance Duathlon - 2 laps/9 laps/1 lap
Standard Distance Duathlon - 1 lap/5 laps/1 lap

5k - 11

OTHER INFORMATION

(only relevant for the Duathlon entries) - please ensure this isalso included in the duathlon entry forms (not applicable for the 10k/HM)For any duathlon races - If you do NOT hold a BTF membership please note, there will be anadditional £8 added during checkout to cover the cost of your BTF day insurance. If you area BTF Member, please ensure that you complete your licence number accurately during theregistration process. All licence numbers will be validated by BTF before the event and anyparticipants with an invalid BTF licence number will be asked to show an online copy atregistration.


PARKING


There is free parking available adjacent to the event village.


BAGGAGE


The car park is adjacent to the event village, we therefore recommend leaving any valuablessecurely within your own vehicle. We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bringas little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simplytear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect, show your number to our staff and they will help you find your baggage.


TOILETS


There will be portaloos at the event village which can be used before and during the race.


REFRESHMENTS


There will be one water station situated on the course which runners will be able to access every lap. There will also be water available at the finish line.
