Get ready to embrace the breathtaking beauty of the coast at the Salty Sea Dog Run Series, hosted by G Force Events! On Saturday, June 14th, 2025, this exciting event will take place in the picturesque locations of Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole. Runners of all levels can participate in the fast and flat 5km and 10km races, which promise stunning views of the bay and the Isle of Wight. The 5km race features a 2.5km out-and-back course, while the 10km takes runners on a scenic 5km out-and-back route. Both races begin with a thrilling 350 meters on the beach, leading to the beautiful seafront promenade, and finish with a fun dash back onto the beach.
With registration opening at 7am, runners will have plenty of time to sign in and collect their race bibs and timing chips. Don’t forget the mandatory race briefing at 7:50am before the race kicks off at 8am! This is the perfect opportunity to get active, enjoy the stunning coastal scenery, and connect with fellow running enthusiasts. So mark your calendars and prepare to get salty at the Salty Sea Dog Run Series!

The super successful Saturday morning Salty Sea dog Series is back! To add to our Salty sea dog event series, we are now also delighted to have a fast & flat 5km & 10km Run Series !!
All these events enjoy the stunning coastline, taking in views around the bay and the Isle of Wight !

New for 2025 - 5k and 10k Run
The run is as flat as a pancake and is along the seafront promenade. The 5k is a 2.5km out and back and the 10km is a 5km out and back. The 1st circa 350 meters is on the beach before the promenade and a fun finish is also on the beach.
*Registration 7am ( sign in, race bib and timing chip's collected )
* cut off for Registration 7.50am
