This year, we’re excited to introduce a fast and flat 5km and 10km run along the beautiful seafront promenade. The 5km course features a scenic 2.5km out-and-back route, while the 10km offers a thrilling 5km out-and-back challenge. Runners will kick off the event on the beach before transitioning to the promenade, culminating in a fun finish right on the sand! Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to enjoy the outdoors, the Salty Sea Dog Run Series promises an exhilarating day filled with community spirit and stunning coastal views. The super successful Saturday morning Salty Sea dog Series is back! To add to our Salty sea dog event series, we are now also delighted to have a fast & flat 5km & 10km Run Series !!
All these events enjoy the stunning coastline, taking in views around the bay and the Isle of Wight !
It's time to get Salty ! see you on the beach !
New for 2025 - 5k and 10k Run
The run is as flat as a pancake and is along the seafront promenade. The 5k is a 2.5km out and back and the 10km is a 5km out and back. The 1st circa 350 meters is on the beach before the promenade and a fun finish is also on the beach.
