For those who prefer a different challenge, this year introduces a brand-new Aquabike category, allowing participants to swim 400 meters and cycle 17.5 kilometers—ideal for those who want to join in the fun without the running component. Organiser's Description
The swim is undertaken in the Lido's 50 metre outdoor swimming pool (8 lengths). The run and cycle are around Cheltenham town and Sandford Park.

Wave starts will be used with participants starting at scheduled times. Early morning event, start times between 7am and 10.30am. Please note if you have an estimated swim time greater than 15 minutes please only enter the 8.00, 8.20, 8.40, 9.00, 9.20, 9.40 and 10.30 waves.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the cycle and run routes so you know where you are going on the day. This is a fun event and you will notice junctions and traffic lights on the cycle route and you must adhere to the Highway Code throughout the race. All applicants must be aged 17 years or over.
All participants must wear a cycle helmet throughout the cycle section.
Persons with a reasonable level of fitness should only participate in this event. Entry is entirely at your own risk.
Prizes awarded for the highest fundraiser, the first placed male, the first placed female and the first placed team.
Results provided for age group categories - Open, 40+, 50+, 60+
Chip timing including splits.
