A fantastic middle distance triathlon in the heart of West Wales.
We have a new venue for the 2020 Melin Sospan Sizzler – North Dock Llanelli will host this superb event, and we’ve just gone and added another 22k of cycling!! The swim will take place in the North Dock, making it the perfect venue for 1st time open water swimmers. The notorious bike leg still has the famous Sizzler Loop up Meinciau with the 21k run taking place along the scenic Millennium Coastal Path
