Pick your date - this 5k can be completed on 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th April. Pick your route - this can be anywhere in the World, providing a 5k is completed. Fire up your app - the route must be recorded on a reputable running app, ensuring your elapsed time, distance and your name are clearly identified. All entries must be in before 11pm on 5 April.
