The 8km event takes places on a cross country course featuring well over 30 large obstacles including container climbs, 10m tunnel slides, invert walls, mud crawls and obstacles that involve participants being full immersed in water – but fear not, just like last years event the course is suitable for people with all levels of fitness. There will be plenty of rides, refreshment and entertainment for everyone waiting for you to complete the event in the village as well as a beer tent and you can run as part of a team or on your own.
