Shorter days can make finding the inspiration to get up and get out a little harder to find when it's dark in the mornings and the evenings. Thankfully the Supernova Virtual Winter Challenge is here, not only to motivate you to keep your fitness up over the winter months, but also to gear you up for cosy, safe and fun winter activity - whether that is running, jogging or walking.
You can choose what distance you plan to run, jog or walk as part of your Supernova Winter Challenge, but we suggest 5K as a really good start to keep you fit, breathe in some fresh crisp air, and keep you positive and focused during these colder months!
