Organiser's Description
This event takes place in the beautiful town of Marlow and the surrounding countryside. A swim in the River Thames, a fast bike leg, and finally a fast, almost flat run on tarmac and grass footpaths and the River Thames towpath. The bike course for the Olympic distance has only has 2 main hills, otherwise it is flat and fast. The run is on tarmac and grass footpaths. It meanders back towards Marlow and into the finish at Higginson Park from the river tow path.
