Registration:
The registration process for each distance is organised with specific time windows to minimise congestion and ensure a smooth experience. During registration, you’ll collect your race number (nothing is sent in advance). It’s recommended to arrive at the beginning of your registration window to avoid queues:

Start times:
Ultra - 08:30
Marathon - 08:30
Half Marathon - 10:30
Middle & Short - 11:00

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
• In our quest to make this season plastic-free, we ask that you run with a reusable cup or bottle.
• We strongly recommend not wearing headphones at this event.

CUT OFF POINTS & TIMES
Our cut-off times are in place for your safety. Ultra and Marathon route runners will have 9 hours to finish the race. If you do not get to these points in time you will have to be collected as we don’t believe you will finish the route in time. Your safety is our priority. Detailed cut-off times for each Outpost will be published shortly.

PLASTIC FREE
In our quest to make this season plastic-free, we ask that you run with a reusable cup or bottle. Hydrapak Speed Cups are available to purchase at each event and online.

OUTPOSTS
Outpost locations will be added shortly. The outposts are designed to act as a top-up for what you are already carrying. There will be a range of sweet & savoury snacks (fruit, cake, crisps) as well as gels and electrolyte drinks.

There will not be pre-filled water cups available at the outpost. Please have your reusable cup or bottle ready when you arrive and make use of our self-serve water barrels.

We strongly recommend that ALL runners, regardless of route, carry at least 1 litre of water, a raincoat, a foil blanket & a mobile phone.

These items are mandatory for Ultra and Marathon routes

• Waterproof jacket

• Mobile phone (in case of emergency)

• 800 Calories (equivalent of 2 bars and 2 gels)

• Minimum of 1 litre of water

• Self adhesive elastic bandage

• Whistle

• Foil blanket

• Hat or buff

• A re-usable cup

• GPX of the route (on watch or phone (IOS / Android)
