Will I be safe running with headphones?
Yes - the volume of your headphones is adjustable, so you will be able to set it at a level that feels comfortable and safe for you. Your guide will be mic'd up and will direct you where needed, guiding you every step of the way. There will also be several side and back runners who will help to ensure the safety of the group all the way round the route.

Will there be any stops?
This will mostly a continual, non-stop run, although it takes place in central London and so there will be occasional pauses for road crossings. There will also be a short hydration break around the halfway point.

Will I be fast enough?
This is an all running paces run, and everyone is welcome. We always run at the pace of the gentlest runner and no one gets left behind. Your guide will do their best to set a pace that's comfortable for everyone and our back and side markers will be by your side throughout - if the pace is too speedy for you, let one of them know and we will slow down for you. With that being said, this is a run. To take part, you will need to be able to comfortably run 7km without stopping.

Can I walk/run or take part on a bike or scooter?
Unfortunately not. This is a running event and you will not be able to take part using another mode of transport. We will be running the whole way, so you will need to be able to run for 7km without stopping.

Customers will receive full credit with a 1-week notice of cancellation, to be used within 6 months. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme, unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
