Organiser's Description
Following the success of the Spring Duathlon, the second duathlon, The Autumn Dash, is being held, again in the stunning National Trust's Sheringham Country Park, Norfolk. Take in the undulating trail paths through the park before heading out on a one-lap cycle route around North Norfolk's beautiful coastline and returning for another run lap through the forest. This event is open to all levels of athlete and new athletes and first-timers to the sport of duathlon are welcome.
