Organiser's Description
We return to Rye Harbour Nature Reserve for a variation of our most popular run. The Reserve had 360,000 visits in 2017 and is one of the largest and most important wildlife sites in England, set in an exceptional coastal and wetland landscape and home to 4,500 varieties of plants and animals, including more than 300 rare or endangered species.
From Rye Harbour Sailing Club, run as many 4.4 mile out and back multi terrain laps as you can/want in 6 hours.
