Join us for an unforgettable seaside running experience at the Bournemouth Coastal TEN, taking place on Saturday, 22nd November 2025. Choose from either a 10 Mile or 10k route along the stunning Dorset coast, ideal for runners of all levels.
Start Location: Hengistbury Head
Your coastal adventure begins at Hengistbury Head, a beautiful nature reserve with excellent facilities and ample hard-standing parking, ensuring a smooth and stress-free start to your race day.
A Truly Scenic Route
Both courses follow Bournemouth's spectacular seafront paths and include a run along the iconic Boscombe Pier, where you'll enjoy uninterrupted sea views. Course Details
The race will be clearly signed using PINK arrows and PINK tape.
We will also mark hazards and road junctions with 'Caution' signs. Please take care at these points.
