Brecon Bach Standard Distance Triathlon

Organiser's Description
New for 2020 is the Brecon Bach.! A Standard Distance Triathlon which is the baby brother to the famous Titan Brecon! It does of course have the climb of the ‘Iron Mountain’…!
We are expecting a sell out for the first event and numbers will be capped at 500 so get your entry in early to this must do event!
The event starts with a 1500mtr swim in the clear waters of Parc Bryn Bach and consists of a 2 lap swim. It is then out of the swim ramp and in to the nearby transition.
It is then out on to the incredible bike course taking in the Brecon Moors and heading down to Llangynidr! A quick turn round see’s competitors head back up the infamous Iron Mountain, a 3.7 mile climb with some of the most stunning views in the Brecon Beacons!
After a quick run in to transition it is out on to the 2 lap run course which starts with a 2k lap of the lake before heading in to the hills!
Put these all together and it makes for one of the most exciting standard distance triathlons on the UK events calendar!The Brecon Bach Standard Distance Triathlon is the ideal event for those looking for their next challenge or for those aiming at Titan Brecon or Ironman Wales in 2021..
