The Carsington Short Course Duathlon is set in the scenic countryside of the Derbyshire Peak District. The runs follow an undulating, out and back route alongside the reservoir, traffic free on country tracks and footpaths. The bike leg is an undulating road course, with a challenging climb towards Middleton Top.
