A well organised but repetitive race. This race was well catered for, organised, provided drinks and snacks at the end, medals, chip timing and everything you needed but the route is incredibly repetitive for any distance over 5km. It is based off of a 5km loop, so for 15km you have to run 3 laps, which I personally find quite challenging and boring. It is certainly a good race for PBs as it is flat and training, however I think if you prefer scenic runs that are less repetitive this is not the race for you.

Well organised event. Very well managed event - easy to get to & plenty of parking. Efficient check-in & clear race marshalling. Could have done with a better sound system for the pre race briefing as it couldn’t be heard anywhere further than halfway back, and it wasn’t clear where the start point for the chip activation was located.

Well organised. On the whole, well organised but my name wasn’t registered when I arrived and the new number they gave me was for a different person

Fast flat perfect weather. Pb’s from 5k all the way to half marathon, free parking, changing rooms, showers, medal and food at the finish. What more could you ask for.

Great flat, easy to pace. Very flat and (today) without too much wind making it very easy to pace. Slightly confusing that there are so many different races ongoing, meaning you didn’t really know who you were racing against. Late starting by nearly 30mins hence only 4.5 stars!! Oh, and getting Costa van along was a great move.
