A pool swim then a hilly grass bike route, suitable for cyclo cross and mountain bikes, followed by a run on grass which will finish with one lap of the Basildon Sporting Village athletics track. The race is aimed at newcomers who want to dip their toe into the multi-sport world without committing to a full triathlon, as well as experienced competitors. Part of the East Essex 'Go Tri' Series of 4 events: 2 x aquathlons, 2 x triathlons.
