Join us for the exhilarating Go Tri Basildon Triathlon on Saturday, May 4th, 2019, at the vibrant Basildon Sporting Village in Essex! The race features a refreshing 200m swim in a pool, followed by a fun 3km bike ride on grass, and a 2.5km run on the track. For our younger athletes in the Tristar 2 and 3 categories, the bike and run distances are adjusted to 2.4km and 1650m, respectively, ensuring a fantastic experience for all. Organiser's Description
This race is open to everyone aged 11+ and is aimed at newcomers and people who want to dip their toe into the multi-sport world without committing to a full triathlon. The event takes place at Basildon Sporting Village and comprises a 200m pool swim followed by a 3km bike (on grass) and 2.5km run on the running track. Tristar 2 & 3s will have the bike distance reduced to 2.4km and the run to 1650m
