Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless it is under special circumstances at the discretion of management.

  • How do I send you my evidence?

Submitting your evidence is really easy. Simply take a screenshot of your activity from your mobile and visit our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/ where you can upload your file. • What happens if I don't receive my medal?

However, we appreciate this can be frustrating and disappointing not receiving your medal. If in the event that you have not received a medal within 14 days after the event, please contact us with a photo of the damaged medal if appropriate and we will send a replacement medal for free. If in the event we do not have any replacement medals, we would be happy to transfer your place onto another race at no additional charges to you.

It's not really a "run" in any sensible sense of the word. You run any distance you like, send them a time and they send you a medal. No leader board or results. They say the proceeds go to Ukraine, but no details and no info about money raised. You might as well buy your own medal. In fact, I wish I had - 10 days after the event my medal still hasn't arrived!
Thank you for your review. However I think it is unfair and inaccurate. Firstly, we did email everyone who participated with an update which included the amount raised. Secondly, if you hadn't received your medal, I would expected you to contact us and we would have been more than happy to send you a replacement free of charge. All post is sent second class and post has been known to get lost. Since you never contacted us, we wouldn't have known about your medal.
