Organiser's Description
The Marlow Sprint & Olympic Distance Triathlon is open to all levels of participant and encourages first time triathletes to the event. The swim course is in the River Thames. It is designed to make even the weakest swimmer get a fast swim split. The bike course is an out and back course and only has two hills, but is otherwise fast and flat. The run is on tarmac and grass footpaths. It meanders back towards Marlow and into the finish at Higginson Park from the river tow path.
