Organiser's Description

An endurance obstacle challenge set in the beautiful mid Wales countryside near Aberystwyth, with views over the stunning Cardigan Bay coastline. Muddy Mountain is not a race, it is a personal challenge. Nobody is keeping tabs on your time or how well you complete each obstacle, it's all about pushing yourself. If, when you cross the finish line, you feel like you've got nothing more to give.....then you've conquered the Muddy Mountain! 4k and 10k course.
