Organiser's Description

Back after a successful first year, this off-road duathlon takes place in Pennington Flash Country Park, Leigh. The event has been designed to be challenging yet achievable. A flat run on park paths is followed by a three lap mountain bike leg using park paths and canal towpath, with some more technical sections towards the end of the lap and some short climbs/descents, then a final run on park paths.
