Organiser's Description

This exciting event gives athletes the opportunity to take part in a high quality standard distance race on the fabulous South Wales coast line. The swim is in the sheltered bay at Coney Beach; the cycle leg is a two lap undulating road route which includes the climb of Dan-y-Graig hill (twice); the two lap run follows the spectacular coastline. The course creates an exciting atmosphere for both competitors and spectators.

1500m swim, 40 km bike, 10 km run
