Crystal Palace 5k, 10k & Half
Come and run a 5k,10k or Half Marathon with us at Crystal Palace Park located in the South-East London suburb of Crystal Palace. The Park is situated on the Norwood Ridge, offering views of Central London, Greenwich and the North Downs. This undulating route in the beautiful park is the perfect opportunity for a fun morning run, even passing a few dinosaurs along the course! This is also our first half marathon at Crystal Palace so come and join us for a brand new RunThrough route!

The Park is a short walk from Crystal Palace Station or Penge West Station.
Routes serving the park and its surrounding area include 3, 122, 157, 202, 227, 249, 322, 358, 363, 410, 417, 432, 450
Crystal Palace Park is in South-East London. From the entry from High St/Thicket Road - Sat Nav use Post Code SE19 2GA - the event hub is on the grass area up from the Park toilets.
There is car parking in and around the Park. Please check on arrival as some may be pay and display; arrive with plenty of time to spare as parking may fill up quickly.
We will have a secure area where you can leave your baggage. We recommend you bring as little baggage as possible. Your baggage tag is attached to your race number, you simply tear it off and attach to your bag. To collect, show your number to the baggage tent staff and they will help you find your baggage.
There will be portaloos within the event village for runners and spectators to use.
There will be water provided at the 5k point of the race, and there will also be water available at the finish. We have also ordered some flapjacks and bananas for when you finish :-)
During the race
There will be marshals all around the course as well as km signs and arrows. The course is on the roads/paths in the park. Please be aware that there will be spectators and members of the public using the park.
You are free to wander around the park so you can see where the competitors will be running. It is lapped so you will see them on numerous occasions.
Results will be available on www.runthrough.co.uk after the race.
We will have a photographer taking a few snaps of the race and they will be on our Facebook page after the race so be sure to check it out and see if you can spot yourself.
Things to note!
You can decide whether you run 5k or 10k on the day.
There WILL be pedestrians on the paths. We recommend you do not use earphones and you need to pay close attention to everything around you. Please be aware of people, cyclists and dogs.
