What a wonderful morning, what a beautiful park, what a stunning run put in place by truly great people. Myself and my wife Joan came to London to make memories in the year of our 50th wedding anniversary. 50 years ago, (almost) December 21st 1974 we came to London for our honeymoon. This is not our first time back, but it's a special time. Running is our thing, finding a run was imperative, Runthrugh was our choice, and what a choice, great race in a great place put in place by great people. Thanks Guys for facilitating a great memory for us

Was on vacation from the states and wanted to get a good run in. 10K Course was awesome. Nearly 100% flat, well marked, and pace runners. Water stations were abundant, thank you. The field of marshals and spectators we enthusiastic. Got a sneak peak of the zoo as bonus. I don't see a camel often when I run. Beautiful location for this tourist. Thank you. Vendors with swag! Thank you. I also did the QE Olympic Park 10k, another fun one too. I hope I get to come back someday.

The pluses: • The marshalls were really friendly and helpful, which counts for a lot. • The communications in advance, and on the day itself, were clear and easy to follow. • It's a great location and the route was well-chosen – interesting and nicely varied. Plus, the course was well-signposted for both 5K and 10K runners. The minuses: • It took a long time (many hours) for the results to appear online afterwards. Would be great if these were visible in the initial rush of excitement soon after the race. • The medal doesn't have the date on it, so it feels a little generic. Would much rather that it had been stamped "21st July 2024" to make this particular event seem more special. Also, only the ribbon clarifies that it's 10K, as the medal itself shows the 5K as well. • The pacers covered only a few finish times, making them little help to anyone not striving for those specific finishes. Could there be more pacers next time, ideally covering 48 mins, 50 mins, 52 mins, 54 mins, etc, or whatever finish times are most commonly achieved?

Nicely organized race, with well marked course, friendly people at most of the junctures offering encouragement, and a lovely finish with water, snacks and a quite impressive medal. Worked even for this slow moving senior as well as for the fleet of foot. Everything we needed was there.

Great morning racing at Regents park. Very well organized and loved how encouraging the Marshalls were around the course. Simple and efficient set up with registration and bag drop area and there are toilets close by the start area too. Would definitely go again!

Great venue and an easy level course, plenty of help available but they could make some water available before the start of the race for runners who wanted some and also no kilometre markers except for 5k but the 10k runners will know that as they're starting thier second lap.... overall a good show 👍🏃‍♂️

This was my first ever race. Thought it was organised, its close to me so this was perfect. Friendly people. Lovely encouragement from people along the course. PS Whoever made the flapjacks for after the race, they were sooooo nice! I have just signed up for a Half with Findarace, as part of my marathon training. Hoping I will get another flapjack!!

Everything went smooth. Well organised. I did not encounter any problems on race day. Can only speak for myself. Would suggest to update some motivational signs that were placed along the route as they look tired.

I ran in this with my daughter and son and we had a really enjoyable race! The route worked well, although I don't know what you can do about the dog walkers who didn't seem all that bothered about keeping control of their dogs, who sometimes just ran in front of runners and were a potential hazard. Otherwise, the welcome/registration team were great and efficient, as well as the after race team.

Great event, smoothly run and fun. Only annoying thing was the Womens queue for the loo, and having to pay to use the loo in regents park.

Really well organised. Great run, well organised and good facilities. The group warm up with Swedish Fit was more like a dance workout and wasn't my thing but others seemed to like it.

Great run, shame about the start. Nice run: - Great course - beautiful park - Well organized in terms of bags, bib collection, marshals around the race, etc. Could be improved by starting the faster runners from either distance ahead of the slower runners. My partner ran the 10k and spent the majority of the first loop weaving between slow 5k runners who had been set off ahead of him. From my perspective on the 5k, even not being a particularly slow runner, it is quite demotivating to be overtaken by fast 10k runners throughout the second half of the run.

Great event. Well organised even in a beautiful park. Twist and turns and some slopes makes it a fun 5k
