A scenic multi-terrain 10k course, taking in the stunning surroundings of the Chiltern hills, starting and finishing at the spectacular setting of Amersham Cricket Club at Shardeloes. Also 1k Family Fun Run.

Great event, well organised and beautiful countryside. I really enjoyed this well-organised event in the most beautiful Chiltern countryside. As we passed the Shardeloes Lake, my fellow runners were gasping at how beautiful it was. We had particularly good weather, and the race was hilly and in places challenging with a mixture of terrain which the race organisers told us about. In 2019 it was dry, but if we've had rain, I would recommend trail shoes as some areas will need that extra grip. I didn't expect to hit any PBs in this race as there are places where you are on narrow tracks, and therefore it's hard to pass other runners. However, I loved it all the same. A marvellous way to spend a Sunday morning!
