The Amphibian Long Course Open Water Swim

Fancy the ultimate open water swim challenge - with a twist? A swim loop of 1k, exit and run/walk 100 meters, then re-enter the water for another loop. This gives supporters the opportunity to cheer, and Amphibians the chance to soak up the event atmosphere - perfect for swimmers tackling the distances for the first time, as the 100m stretch allows a brief break - just don't forget the clock is still ticking! Equally awesome for seasoned swimmers who fancy something a bit different, and triathletes who are after some mass start and ‘Aussie Exit’ practice. Choice of 2k, 5k & 10k.
